About This Episode

Many people never reach their potential simply because they are scared and fearful about stepping out. Jason Drees is the CEO of Jason Drees Coaching and the author of Do the Impossible: Unlock Your Full Potential with the Power of Mindset. He’s an expert in helping people change their lives by changing the way they think.

In this episode, he talks with Tricia about how everyone can cultivate a mindset that allows them to be more successful and fulfilled. He’s incredibly confident that anyone can achieve goals that they once thought were impossible.

1. Life doesn’t reward mediocrity.

If you’re not playing at the level you’re supposed to be playing at, you won’t be successful. Otherwise, you start shooting for lower targets, which brings lower results, which limits your growth and ability to achieve.

2. You have a mindset full of beliefs based on past experiences and social conditioning.

Jason doesn’t help people do the impossible but he helps them remove their resistance to it happening. Most people move forward based on what they did in the past.

3. Your mind and your previous patterns of success is your limiting factor to your future success.

For example, most people don’t grow their income because they’re living in a frame where that doesn’t happen. They have limiting beliefs which limits their success.

How would you define Jason’s concept of frame?
What are some areas in which you have (or have had) limiting beliefs?
What currently feels impossible to you? Why?
What’s one goal that you didn’t think you could accomplish but you were able to accomplish in the past?
