Doubled down on e-commerce and fully focused on improving the product experience to turn our best customers into raving ambassadors.
Now that we are a solid 90 days out, have you seen any impact from the things you learned?
Product improvements take time to implement and track, but we feel better about the work we're doing. I trust that will manifest into something incredible.
Has his advice led to any new concepts or opportunities in your business?
New branding concepts and customer experience initiatives for our coffee line - which I am beyond excited to implement.
In retrospect, is there anything you wish you had asked him?
Nope. Grateful for everything he shared and represents!
