One of the most helpful tools shared during the webinar was the Six T’s of Delegation — a quick, memorable framework to determine what’s actually worth your time:

  • Terrible At – Areas outside your expertise or interest
  • Time-Consuming – Admin-heavy work that eats hours
  • Teachable – Recurring tasks you can document and hand off
  • Tedious – Work that drains you but still has to get done
  • Time-Sensitive – Urgent requests that pull you from priorities

But this list isn't just a thought experiment. 

Matthew shared how he uses it — and how his assistant helps him follow through — to get meaningful time back. 

And that time? It isn’t just about reclaiming hours. 

It’s about reinvesting them in what delivers the most value: proactive client touchpoints, deeper strategic work, and even personal bandwidth to show up more focused and present.
