Julie Shore, Executive Director and Talent Management Leader of The Million Dollar Solution, has spent the majority of her career focused on building, managing and implementing employee infrastructure and processes for her clients, as well as recruiting and developing employees to maximize their contributions.
Julie reached out to BELAY for help with her calendar, email, travel, expense reporting, proofing and editing to support their team.
At The Million Dollar Solution, Julie and her team are often asked to help find staff for elder law attorneys – but Julie says they are steering away from paralegals because of the cost.
She also explained that paralegals’ schedules are typically a mess so staying on top of appointments becomes a big issue when meeting new clients.
