“We needed a webinar description,” said Wes. “We asked ChatGPT to write a compelling offer as to why someone should watch this webinar in two paragraphs. Jodi dropped in information about the webinar, and it gave us three great options. I spent 10 minutes tweaking it, dropped it into HubSpot, and scheduled it.”

“So if I'm on an article, say Harvard Business Review or Inc or whatever, I can click the Zapier extension in my browser, and it'll automatically send that article to ChatGPT and give a paragraph summary in 10 seconds… That way, I have the information and can go back to read the full article later.”
Jodi also leverages Zapier to transcribe Wes’s voice memos and pull out key action items. This way, she not only improves the speed of their operations, but also ensures she doesn’t miss any key information.

While it operates similarly to ChatGPT, Claude can be used for large-scale text processing as well.
“Claude can handle up to 75,000 words at a time,” said Wes. “Imagine uploading an entire book and getting a summary or key insights — it’s bananas."
“It really comes down to what BELAY is all about, which is delegation,” says Wes. “You have to be really clear and specific. Some tools are better than others, but it’s all about whether or not you’re giving the information that’s needed for the task.”
